Make Installation Windows XP in USB Flash disk

The present day USB Flash disk size seems biger time after time.several years ago USB Flashdisk size is just 128 MB or 256 MB. but now we can buy USB Flash disk that has 16 GB. so it’s possible for us to save our Windows installation file in flash disk. so you can bring it everywhere. but do you know how to install it??

i will show you how it is..

  1. Plug you USB Flashdisk to one of the port USB. but remember position the drive. is it E,F, G or others??

  2. Insert you’re windows XP Installation CD. if there’s automatic installation..Cancel it

  3. Download USB_PREP8 and PEtoUSB . then extract it to one folder example C:USB.

  4. Open the folder that we have extracted. and run the file “usb_prep8.bat”.

  5. in the screen, PEtoUSB will ask you to format your USB Flashdisk. don’t change any configuration, click Start to begin Format.

  6. After USB flashdisk is formatted. close window PEtoUSB but don’t close Command Prompt window that open when you run usb_prep8.bat, and in the screen will show options from 0 to 5.

  7. Use option 1 to choose installation file source that you will copy to USB Flash disk.

  8. Option 3 is used to determine where you plug flash disk. if your flash disk in Drive F,then type F and ENTER.

  9. Then choose option 4 to begin Installation modul maker process that will copy to your Flash disk Automatically.
Well done !! now your flash disk is ready to use for install Windows XP..
